As a the office manager Kimberly lead her office to record profits and proved that she has what it takes to make it in this very competitive industry.
Kimberly is originally from Memphis, TN but due to being brought up in a military family, she has traveled the world extensively. Kimberly left TN in 1984 and returned in 1997 to attend Tennessee State University in which she graduated from in 2001 with a B.S. in Agribusiness. Kimberly quickly realized that agriculture was not her passion and dove into the Criminal Justice arena for a more exciting career path. Upon graduating from T.S.U. and briefly working for USDA as a soil conservationist, Kimberly became a Probation/Parole Officer for the State of Tennessee and spent 7 years working with minimum supervision offenders. Upon her final two years with the State of TN/Board of Probation and Parole Kimberly worked with maximum supervision sex offenders. This position enabled Kim to become familiar with the criminal justice system and allowed her to work with people from a diversity of backgrounds.
In 2009, Kimberly left the State of TN BOPP with dreams of doing something different and more fulfilling and thus began her career in the bail bond industry. Using the skills, training and tough but fair attitude she gained throughout the years she quickly rose through the ranks. After starting her career in the bail industry as an agent she went on to work for Bail Bond Specialist as a State manager opening 4 bail offices throughout the State of TN. In 2013, once that company dissolved Kimberly and her partner decided it was time to focus on rebuilding where it all began and opened All N One Bail Bonds in Memphis, TN. In 2020 she became the President of All N One Bonding and Insurance which has offices in Las Vegas, NV and Memphis, TN. The company has branched out to not only specialize in bail bonds but all types of bonds and insurance such as notary bonds, title bonds, auto insurance, SR22’s and much more!
When not working Kimberly enjoys horror films, documentaries, spending time with family and friends and traveling.

In 2005, Andrew went on and passed his Tennessee Insurance Producers license and has been licensed in several states selling bail and most lines of Insurance.
Over the years, Andrew has held many positions in the Bail and Insurance industry, positions from Fugitive Recovery Manager to Insurance Manager to Insurance Carrier VP of Marketing to President of an insurance carrier. This means he has been around the block in the bail and insurance industry and is committed to serving his clients.

After Leaving TSU, Eric went on to attend World Class Barber College in Nashville, Tn gaining certification as Master Barber. Eric soon returned to Jackson, TN and opened Super-Duper Cuts and Styles which at the time was one of the largest barbershops in Jackson, TN. Soon after Eric opened a convenience store named Another Super-Duper Spot and another barber shop, Blackberry Barbershop in 2005. While running his business he also made time to get his HVAC license from Tennessee Technology in Jackson, TN.
In 2012 Eric was ready for a change in his life so he decided on a career change and became an bail agent and eventually part of management for Bail Bond Specialist in Jackson, TN. Eric was with the company until it dissolved in 2014. Eric felt that he had found his niche so when an opportunity presented itself in Memphis, TN to become an agent for All N One Bail Bonds, which is now All N One Bonding and Insurance Inc., he jumped at the opportunity. While with All N One Bonding and Insurance Eric also received his certification in Computer Information Technology and is currently working towards receiving his Property and Casualty License. Eric loves to stay busy and productive so when he’s not at the office he is busy helping friends and family with his vast skill set.

There, she received her degree in Dental Assisting and Administrative Office Technology. After receiving her degree, Lakisha began a 16-year career in dentistry. Once Covid hit the nation in 2020 Lakisha decided it was time to try her hand at a new profession and thus began her career as an Administrative Assistant/ Collection Specialist with All N One Bonding and Insurance.
Coming from a very large family of 6 sisters and 2 brothers, Lakisha is very family oriented, loves to travel, enjoys plays and art exhibits. Lakisha not only works in her community but also gives her time in community services by organizing in local non-profit companies such as MUWA and Pink House that have and are helping to make the Greater Memphis area an ideal city to reside.
