Existing Bond Liability and Obligations

For all open Nevada bail bonds, the defendant and the indemnitor(s) continue to be responsible for:

• All payment obligations agreed to at the time the bond was written
• Any outstanding balances, premiums, fees, or costs
• All expenses related to claims, forfeitures, breaches, recovery efforts, court costs, investigations, or enforcement actions
• Any future costs incurred until the bond is fully exonerated

Account Servicing & Contact Information

All existing Nevada bail bond accounts are now being serviced through our Collections & Legal Office in Memphis, Tennessee, where they will remain until final resolution.

Surety Bonds Remain Available

While we have retired the Nevada bail bond operation, all other types of surety bonds remain available without interruption.
